We're aiming to crowd fund $25,000

Your contributions will directly fund Know How’s last stages of post-production; including the color correct, sound design & mixing, motion graphics, and the original score. We’ve also got stretch goals for how we’ll be able to transform foster care if we exceed our funding goal.

If we reach $50,000

We’ll be able to create a curriculum for schools and agencies to “teach the film” in the classroom, provide discussion points on the state of foster care in the United States, systemic issues, and potential solutions, and offer paths for individuals to successfully evoke change! Everyone who pledges $10 or more will also receive a strip of exclusive “Know How” stickers. Put them everywhere, give them to friends, and organize communities around the movement.

If we reach $100,000

The cast and creators of the film will go on tour, visiting agencies and foster care youth in cities around the United States. We’ll sit down after screenings to mobilize foster youth toward change, we’ll shoot short interviews with youth at screenings on the road, post them to our website, and get their voices heard as well. PLUS Everyone who pledges $25 or more will now get 2 T-shirts! One for you and one for a friend who is just as motivated to transform foster care.
